Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our services, purchasing a license, or interacting with our community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

By using Fade products, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct.

• Affiliation Restriction: You are prohibited from using our services if you, or anyone you are closely connected to, are associated with any game development studio or anti-cheat company.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not attempt to debug, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our software.
• Distribution: You may not share, lease, or resell your license keys. Licenses are hardware-locked to a single user.
• Infrastructure: Any attempted attack (DDoS, SQL injection, or similar) against our website or server infrastructure will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Virtual Environments: Our products are designed for bare-metal hardware only. They do not work and are not supported on virtual machines, including but not limited to Shadow, VirtualBox, or VMware.
• Game Sanctions: Fade is not responsible for any account suspensions, banishments, or hardware ID (HWID) bans issued by game developers. Use of our software is entirely at your own risk.
• Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If you create or share videos, screenshots, or other media featuring Fade products, you agree to the following:

• Logo Requirement: Our official logo must remain clearly visible and may not be cropped, obscured, or edited out.
• Privacy: You are solely responsible for masking your own account information. Fade is not liable for accounts identified through media you publish.
