Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product key has been delivered, it is considered consumed within the digital marketplace and cannot be returned.

• Strict No-Refunds: If a license key has been activated on any machine, it is permanently ineligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• User Error: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, or failing to verify compatibility or system requirements, including our virtual machine restriction.

Refunds are only considered if both of the following conditions are met:

• The product is technically non-functional on your system, and your system meets all listed requirements.
• Our technical support team has been given the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue through a support ticket and has officially determined that the issue is unfixable for your specific setup.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Fade support will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your license and your account being blacklisted from all future Fade services.
